Welcome!

The I.C.A.C. is established with as purpose to:

• promote education in general.
• clearly make a difference between the STATE ACADEMIC UNIVERSITIES (STATE ACCREDIT) and the THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY INSTITUTIONS a.k.a. CHURCH UNIVERSITIES (CHURCH ACCREDIT and protected by the US Constitutional Law, under the Church exemption rules).  
• create a Higher Educational standard for Religious Education Institutions (Under Church authority, and by equals -NOT STATE RULED).
